This is one of those learning curve books about stress ,. what it is, the causes, how it affects our emotions and by using psychotherapy and recovery processes we can turn things around. Stress affects relationships, work issues, both on a spiritual and emotional level and increases your immunity dealing with emotional baggage. We become advocates of our own thoughts so reality is not as it appears to be.
